Gift in Kind Acceptance Form

This form should be completed by any employee of SUNY Plattsburgh who has been approached by a donor interested in making a gift in kind to the institution. Please complete this form as completely as possible. Required fields are indicated by (*). As noted in the policy, only the Vice President for Administration may accept a gift in kind on behalf of the college. Individuals or departments approached regarding a potential in kind gift shall not accept any gift before receiving appropriate approval.
